André Gualter de Vasconcellos is based in the firm’s Porto office, as senior associate in the Litigation & Arbitration Department, and joined the firm in 2007.
He has significant experience in representing a variety of clients (including financial institutions, corporations and high net worth individuals) in a wide range of commercial and business litigation, including advising clients on M&A-related and shareholder disputes, corporate and contractual disputes (e.g. factoring, franchising, agency, distribution, supply, etc.), liability cases, breach of contract claims, rental/lease agreements, insurance law and maritime law. André also has significant court experience. He has represented a variety of clients in complex commercial matters before Portuguese courts and has experience at all stages, including pre-litigation counselling, trials and appeal.
Between September 2018 and March 2019, he collaborated in the PLMJ Law Firm in the areas of Arbitration and Litigation, integrating the team led by Tomás Pessanha.
