Nineteen years of experience in employment issues: individual/collective negotiation, disciplinary proceedings, collective dismissals, lay off procedures, labour due diligences and labour litigation.
Law degree (1995) and two post-graduate degrees in labour and employment law at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (2001-02 and 2004-05). He has been a teacher in post-graduate courses in several Universities.
