Roberto Alejandro Williams Cruz is Managing Partner at ECIJA Honduras, with over 25 years of experience advising national and international companies. His practice focuses on litigation and arbitration related to distribution contracts, foreign investments, intellectual property—particularly in the application of international treaties—insurance claims, and condominium property disputes.

He has participated in more than 40 arbitration proceedings as party counsel, tribunal secretary, and arbitrator.
