Robert Turk

Robert “Bob” Turk represents management in all labor and employment law matters including litigation, administrative actions and counseling, wage and hour, restrictive covenants, employment agreements. He partners with clients on innovative changes and solutions to workplace issues.

Bob Turk is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and Chair of its Labor and Employment Department. Bob is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Labor and Employment Law and has been named The Best Lawyers in America Miami Labor & Employment Attorney of the Year, in both Management and Litigation, multiple times. Bob lectures regularly to various legal and business groups, is the editor of and a contributing author to the firm’s Labor and Employment Law blog BeLaborthePoint.com, and spearheads the firm’s annual Labor & Employment Law Seminar that draws hundreds of human resource professionals around the state.
