Susan Bennett

Susan is a real estate lending attorney with over 25 years of experience representing banks and other financial institutions in the financing and refinancing of complex real estate projects. Her work spans a broad range of asset classes, including mixed-use developments, retail shopping centers, hotels, restaurants, condominiums, apartment complexes, office buildings, and industrial properties.

Susan handles a wide variety of commercial lending transactions, including construction, secured, term, syndicated, and permanent loans. She also advises clients on loan assumptions, loan workouts, debt restructurings, and forbearance agreements.

Susan is a member of the Firm's Board of Directors.
