Paul Crucet is a management-side labor and employment attorney who represents employers across a broad range of industries, including global sugar refining, hospitality and restaurant, airport concessions, aviation, biomedical talent recruiting, and applied behavior analysis, among others.
Paul defends employers against discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims, wage and hour disputes in both federal and state court, and unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). He has experience guiding employers through complex labor relations matters, including collective bargaining negotiations and NLRB proceedings.
On the advisory side, Paul counsels clients on the full spectrum of employment-related issues, including workforce structuring and classification, independent contractor and employee agreements, wage and hour compliance, employee discipline, family and medical leave, employment discrimination, and disability accommodation. His practical, business-oriented approach allows him to help clients navigate complex legal requirements.
Career
Before joining the firm, Paul practiced in-house at a gaming and entertainment establishment in Miami. As Chief In-house Counsel, Paul administered union grievances and arbitrations, defended unfair labor charges brought before the NLRB, and engaged in labor negotiations over a new collective bargaining agreement.
