Career

Before joining the firm, Paul practiced in-house at a gaming and entertainment establishment in Miami. As chief in-house counsel, Paul administered union grievances and arbitrations, defended unfair labor charges brought before the National Labor Relations Board, and engaged in labor negotiations over a new collective bargaining agreement.

• Obtained favorable settlements for clients, resulting in the dismissal of various claims under Title VII, the Florida Civil Rights Act, the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
