Grace Mead is a trial and appellate lawyer in all areas of commercial litigation. She handles securities, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, government, and class action litigation under a wide range of federal and state laws, representing clients in the financial, hospitality and leisure, automobile, and real estate industries. She has represented clients in cases across the country and in arbitration.
Grace Mead, a member of the Firm’s Board of Directors, is based out of Miami, Florida. She is a trustee of The Miami Foundation, involved in various charities serving the LGBTQ+ community, and a Member of the American Law Institute.
Grace is admitted to the Florida and New York Bars, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits.
Grace has written on topics including class actions, securities litigation, corporate law issues, and LGBTQ+ issues.
