Eugene Stearns

Gene Stearns has 54 years of experience as a trial and appellate lawyer, successfully representing clients in countless jury and non-jury trials in federal and state courts, and in bankruptcy, arbitration and administrative law proceedings. He has also successfully argued appeals to Florida’s Districts Courts of Appeal, the Florida Supreme Court, and in the federal system to the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 5th, 11th, 9th and 3rd Circuits.
