We work with clients to train managers and employees on employment law compliance, A/I and technology usage, manage leaves of absence, audit employment practices, ensure wage-and-hour compliance, and draft employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, separation agreements, and employee handbooks. We help protect trade secrets, realign workforces, and comply with federal, state, and local non-discrimination laws. We also conduct workplace investigations.

We also support clients in all union-related matters, including organizing campaigns, collective bargaining, arbitrations, union elections, and defending against unfair labor practice charges.

We also advise on immigration matters, such as temporary and permanent employment-based visas, I-9 compliance, and government audits and inspections.
