Eric K. Gabrielle

Eric Gabrielle specializes in litigation of employment law issues in Florida federal and state courts, and counsels employers regarding compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations governing employment relationships and the drafting and judicial enforcement of restrictive covenants (non-compete agreements). He represents business enterprises of all sizes, including commercial businesses, law firms, non-profit entities, institutions of higher education, and professional sports franchises and arts organizations.

Eric Gabrielle has been Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Labor and Employment Law since 2005 and is the immediate past Chair of the Florida Bar Certification Committee for Labor and Employment Law.
