High-profile project finance transactions include advising in relation to the sale and debt refinancing of the Loy Yang A Power Station in Victoria, the financing of the successful bid for the Trans Territory Pipeline Project in the Northern Territory, the US$1.7 billion Shuweihat S1 Power and Water Desalination Project in Abu Dhabi, the US$500 million San Lorenzo Power Project in the Philippines and the US$596 million Taweelah A2 Power and Water Project in Abu Dhabi.
Rob has also worked on significant resources, oil and gas and telecom financings, including the Casino gas field development in the Otway Basin, the financing of 3G networks in Germany, France and Spain, and the debt restructuring of TelecomAsia, the telecom network operator for Bangkok and surrounding areas.
