Rachael specialises in representing Claimants who have sustained severe brain injuries, often lacking capacity and Claimant’s who have sustained spinal cord injuries at paraplegic and tetraplegic levels. She manages one of the specialist serious injury teams at Irwin Mitchell LLP Sheffield Office.

Rachael is the National Chair of the Spinal Cord Injury Group at Irwin Mitchell LLP and the National Early Careers Partner for Serious Injury at the firm, responsible for succession planning, budgeting and supporting our young lawyers just starting their careers at Irwin Mitchell LLP via training contracts, graduate programmes and apprenticeships.
