Practice Areas
I am the partner who leads the Serious Injury Department in our London office. Our main focus is on high value national and international serious injury litigation.
I specialise in complex and high value cases for clients who have suffered very serious or life-changing injuries. My clients include people who have suffered spinal cord, brain and amputation injuries. I also act for the families of people who suffered fatal injuries.
Many of the cases I have dealt with have been widely covered in the media, such as acting for victims of the tram crash in Croydon in 2016, and for a number of children affected by the E.coli outbreak at Godstone Farm in Surrey.
I have been a solicitor since 1995 and I have dealt with personal injury cases throughout my legal career. My cases include road traffic accidents, accidents at work and accidents in other public places or private premises.
I also have particular experience of handling cases involving police officers and in the training, equipment and health and safety risks specific to their work.
