We created The Parent Carer Forum by Irwin Mitchell in August 2020 which offers advice and support to over 700 parents, carers and charities on a wide range of legal and practical matters. 

Our wider commitments:

• We are panel solicitors for Day One, a Leeds Teaching Hospital Charity which helps victims of trauma.
• Our Sheffield team continues to run a dedicated pro-bono legal clinic, at the neuro-critical care unit at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital in Sheffield
• We work with the Brain & Spine Foundation where we are now their sole legal provider.
• Trusted Legal Partner for the Spinal Injuries Association offering legal support to members.
