Toby is a partner in the family department, and his work encompasses all areas of matrimonial and children disputes. He has been involved in a number of reported cases over recent years, most recently the case of Gohil v Gohil, in which he represented the successful Appellant Varsha Gohil through two Court of Appeal hearings. Toby is regarded particularly as a pioneer in terms of fixed fee schemes, and recently developed and launched a fixed fee arbitration service that was widely covered by the legal press. In addition, Toby regularly publishes articles and commentary on family law matters, including Jordan’s Family Law and Family Law Journal, and regularly appears on TV.
