He's very sensible, collaborative and fights hard for clients but is pleasant to work with.
Richard uses his advocacy skills to his clients' advantage to help present the strongest arguments in their favour.
He is simply a brilliant claimant clinical negligence solicitor.
Richard is very bright. He looks at things at different angles, and tests different strengths and weaknesses of a case.
Richard provided a first class service: he was very supportive, always happy to explain and never made me feel like it was just another case. He was always on hand to answer any questions.
