I have acted exclusively for the service and veterans community for over 20 years and have a particular interest in assisting Commonwealth soldier in cases where injury has resulted in their medical discharge before meeting the requirements for residency or citizenship.
I was awarded the National Law Society Price for Outstanding Academic Achievement on my LPC and in 2006 was runner up in the national Eclipse Proclaim Young Lawyer of the Year awards.
I was the first solicitor to conclude a claim arsing out of the Gulf conflict where Combat Immunity was raised as a defence, and now specialise in acting for past and current members of various SMUs where specialist protocols apply and clients are confined by confidentiality obligations under the Official Secrets Act and UKSF Confidentiality Agreement.
In 2020 I became Lead PI Partner for our Cambridge office and in 2021 was appointed as a Deputy District Judge.
