Paul Weiner is a shareholder and serves as National eDiscovery Counsel for Littler. He oversees a team of eDiscovery lawyers and litigation support project managers, as well as, Littler’s National Data Center, which handles electronic evidence processing and hosting activities, using best-of-breed technologies and quality assurance workflows.

Weiner’s technology skills and litigation experience afford him the ability to apply his subject matter knowledge for case and client-specific advice regarding meeting preservation obligations; handling court appearances; IT-related depositions; and strategy development for data harvesting and protection. He is well-known for bringing cutting-edge solutions to the technical and legal aspects of eDiscovery. Weiner has lectured and published extensively on eDiscovery, and his work has educated lawyers; judges; and business professionals about the field.

Aside from his deep knowledge in the constantly evolving field of eDiscovery, Weiner has practical, hands-on experience that comes from litigating scores of cases in today’s digital age.
