Noele qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and has specialised in employment law since 2002. Her work has a particular focus on the employment aspects of restructuring, acquisitions and sales, as well as discrimination.

Her client base extends from senior executives, to universities, colleges, manufacturing companies, service companies, high-tech companies and SME’s. She has also acted for individuals advising them on discrimination, unfair dismissal, equal pay, redundancy and performance management, representing them in Tribunal to achieve the best outcome for them. Her clients interests are at the heart of what she does. She has advised clients in number of high profile disputes at executive level – having acted for organisations and executives – with a keen eye to corporate governance and reputational issues.

Noele focusses on giving clients pragmatic and straightforward advice, always with a view to the commercial practicalities of any given situation and the tight timescales which often exist. Responsiveness is at the heart of her approach to client care.

Noele sits on the Law Society of Scotland accreditations panel for employment law, and is also a member of the Employment Law Group and national Employment Lawyers Association.
