All aspects of rural property law including the purchase, sale and leasing of farms and landed estates comprising agricultural/sporting/crofting/forestry interests; the purchase, sale and leasing of stand alone sporting/fishing interests and woodlands; advising on all types of residential tenancies and dealing with the purchase and sale of rural residential properties; advising on all types of agricultural tenancies and alternative arrangements including contracting and share farming arrangements; acting on behalf of both lenders and borrowers/granters of securities in relation to securing borrowings against heritage; advising owners, occupiers and managers of rural properties on diversification and commercialisation opportunities, including the sale of land for development and renewable energy projects including windfarms and hydro and solar schemes; advising on the various statutory rights to buy and access rights; mineral extraction; CAP subsidies and other support grants; resurrecting dormant titles.
