Christopher Lindley

Accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Agricultural Law.

One of the leaders in rural law in Perthshire and Angus, Chris is ranked highly in his field by the independent legal directories Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500. He is also recognised by the Law Society of Scotland as an accredited specialist in Agricultural Law.

He advises client in rural property law including buying, selling and leasing all types of rural property, farming partnerships, as well as Wills and succession planning. He provides specialist advice in relation to agricultural tenancies, renewable energy projects, servitudes and sporting rights.

He adopts a no nonsense approach to resolving problems and achieving clients’ goals. Chris advises public and private sector clients and banks on a wide range of issues focussed on the rural sector. He heads up the group dealing with agricultural security work.

Chris is a member of the Scottish Agricultural Arbiters and Valuers Association and Secretary of the Central Scotland Agricultural Valuers’ Association.
