Nicolás joined Nicholson y Cano in 2011, where he has developed extensive experience in the Energy and Natural Resources sector. Since the beginning of his career as a lawyer, he has been involved in significant corporate matters and corporate financing.

Nicolás has over 25 years of experience advising clients in the private equity, natural resources, energy, and telecommunications sectors. From the early stages of his professional career, he has provided counsel on corporate matters, project financing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), initial public offerings (IPOs), joint ventures, and private equity transactions.

Education

Regarding his academic background, Nicolás graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina in 1995, earned a Master of Comparative Law (M.C.J.) from the Faculty of Law at New York University in 1998, and an Executive MBA, summa cum laude, from IAE Business School in 2017.
