Profile

Luis joined Nicholson y Cano in January 2001. He has extensive experience in litigation, both in judicial proceedings and arbitration, handling a wide range of complex commercial matters.

He advises on judicial and arbitral matters for companies such as YPF, HSBC, ICBC, Banco Santander, Sancor, Ledesma, Zurich, Acindar, Telefónica, Mitsubishi, and Panasonic, among other corporate clients. He also has significant expertise in class actions, defending his clients since 2007 in various jurisdictions across the country.

He is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.

Education

Luis is a lawyer graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Buenos Aires in 1985. He later obtained a Master’s degree in Economics awarded by the Argentine Chamber of Commerce.
