Marcela joined Nicholson y Cano in 1998, becoming a partner in December 2013. From the beginning, she has been involved in the insurance practice, particularly in the areas of life, health, and work accident insurance.

She currently leads the litigation team in these areas, handling over 3,500 lawsuits for various clients (Asociart, Experta, Prudential, HSBC). She is highly regarded by her clients.

Education

Marcela is a lawyer graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Buenos Aires, where she obtained her degree with Honors in 1998. She also completed a Master’s in Business Law at the Escuela Superior de Economía y Administración de Empresas (ESEADE).
