Our Oil & Gas Upstream and Midstream team is composed by members of our Energy and Natural Resources, Corporate and Project Finance, Infrastructure, Environmental, Tax and Foreign Trade Practice Groups.

Our team has developed in-depth experience in the Upstream and Midstream sectors since the early 1980’s advising foreign and local companies and investors in the Oil & Gas industry regarding regulatory, investment, contractual, foreign exchange, tax, financial and environmental issues, for conventional and non-conventional plays and oil and gas midstream infrastructure.
