Naiara Bueno

Broad experience in financing transactions - banking and non-banking - in primary and secondary markets. She is recurrently involved in corporate finance, acquisition finance, asset finance, direct lending and project finance transactions. She has been actively involved in special and hybrid transactions in private and listed environments, and in numerous debt restructurings.

She regularly advises credit institutions, investment funds and debt funds.

She has developed her career at Garrigues. Professor of corporate law at ESADE – Universidad Ramón Llull and Universitat Pompeu Fabra.

Barcelona Bar Association.
