Experience in advising companies and public authorities in Administrative Law: public procurement, electricity and nuclear energy, gambling-lotteries, public entities and services organization, public assets, infrastructures, audit services regulation, planning and zoning, Constitutional Law/fundamental rights. This expertise includes all types of administrative procedures: supervision and disciplinary (CNMC, CNMV, ICAC, BE), judicial review (Ordinary or Constitutional Courts) and liability of public authorities. Experience in drafting legislation in regulated sectors.
