Miguel Ángel Salas

Miguel Angel Salas is a Partner of the Labor and Employment Law Department of Garrigues in Barcelona, where he has pursued his career since 1997. He specializes in labor disputes (notably in the defense of collective layoffs and challenging suspension measures, the termination or material modification of conditions before the National Appellate Court and Catalunya High Court) and collective bargaining (mainly suspensions of contracts and collective layoffs, negotiation of collective labor agreements at company and industry level, as well as material modifications of working conditions). In the last few years he has participated in and headed important corporate restructuring transactions in various industries (automotive, food, chemical and pharmaceutical and sports associations).
