Michael Keyes’ practice focuses on advising large public as well as privately-held companies on general corporate matters including with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, financings, key strategic relationships and other commercial issues. Michael counsels clients on a broad range of commercial transactions and issues, including major commercial relationships and early and late stage equity financings and strategic transactions, as well as acting as outside general counsel to a number of companies with respect to business and legal matters. He has served as Issuer's counsel in connection with offerings of equity, debt, and trust-preferred securities in public and private offerings.
