Matthew Whittle

Matthew is a partner in Allens' litigation & dispute resolution group, specialising in corporate restructuring and insolvency. He advises financial institutions and insolvency practitioners in relation to corporate insolvencies, corporate restructuring and workouts. Matthew has acted for clients in some of Australia's largest corporate insolvencies, and frequently advises clients on the restructuring and insolvency of SMEs across a broad range of industries. Matthew also has broad experience advising corporates and financial institutions in relation to litigation and regulatory investigations. Having practiced both in Australia and Japan, Matthew frequently advises offshore lenders and investors on Australian restructures and administrations.
