Mary Hull

Mary Hull is a partner in Stoel Rives’ Corporate practice group and is Chair of the firm’s Technology Ventures Group. She has a general corporate and securities law practice with an emphasis on the representation of emerging-growth companies. Mary regularly advises start-up and early-stage companies on general corporate governance matters and equity compensation issues, and she has extensive experience in representing these clients in venture capital and angel financings.

Mary has broad experience representing public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, debt financing transactions and executive compensation matters. She also has experience representing clients in the health care industry, including physician groups and coordinated care organizations. Mary has also worked on dozens of affiliations between dental practices and companies that provide business support to dental practices.
