He advises on all manner of structured financing and restructuring processes, and particularly on project finance in the area of renewable energies and infrastructure. He is also an expert on commercial contracts in general and, more specifically, on advising on the drafting and negotiation of turnkey construction agreements, supply agreements, operation and maintenance agreements, etc. across all types of projects. He regularly advises on project sale and purchase transactions, particularly in the renewables sector.
