Marc Kemp

Marc heads Allens' Funds, Superannuation and Wealth practice. He advises Australian and offshore real estate, infrastructure, property, agribusiness, hedge and other fund sponsors on the establishment and restructure of collective investment vehicles, and Australian and offshore institutional investors on their investments in Australian funds and assets. Marc advises clients on the establishment, operation and restructure of investment funds and other financial products, including in response to regulatory reforms and market developments; fund-related capital raisings and M&A transactions; and contractual arrangements with fund service providers and with investors, including consortium arrangements, subscription and unitholder agreements.
