Kevin represents private equity sponsors and other institutional clients in all aspects of real estate investment and asset management. Kevin focuses on acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, programmatic relationships, financings and restructurings, as well as real estate related mergers and acquisitions. A large part of Kevin’s practice involves advising clients on strategic projects, including both organic and inorganic growth initiatives, development and/or acquisition of new platforms, and the expansion of existing business lines. Kevin works closely with others within Kirkland’s real estate industry group, particularly investment funds and tax attorneys, to ensure a fulsome and coordinated approach for real estate sponsors. His practice covers all asset classes, with a particular emphasis on logistics and industrial assets, data centers, self-storage and office projects located throughout the United States and abroad.
