Since joining JunHe in 2003, he has had the privilege of representing numerous multinational corporations, including many Fortune 500 companies, across a broad spectrum of industries, including industrials and manufacturing, retail and consumer products, health and life sciences, business and professional services, and not-for-profit organizations. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint venture transactions, and strategic investment initiatives.
In 2012, Daniel enriched his professional experience with a stint as a visiting attorney at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.

Daniel embarked on a long journey with JunHe in 2003, marking the beginning of a remarkable tenure with the firm spanning over 23 years. His unwavering dedication and exceptional expertise have propelled him to rapidly ascend through the ranks, starting as an intern and eventually becoming a partner in 2011. He has now attained the esteemed position of Senior Partner within the firm. Since 2012, Daniel has led one of JunHe's M&A practice groups, comprising approximately 30 partners and associates. He also serves on the firm's Strategic Development Committee, where he advises management on matters of the highest strategic importance.
