Practice Areas

Juraj specializes in M&A, dispute resolution and competition law. He has advised sellers and buyers on numerous high-profile M&A deals in Slovakia and the wider CEE region, as well as on post-M&A disputes and related competition matters. He has represented clients in merger clearance proceedings and during dawn raids and subsequent investigations by the Slovak Competition Authority and other regulatory agencies. He also represented clients in proceedings concerning State aid and competition matters as well as in proceedings before Slovak courts, including the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court. He also acted for clients in ICC, VIAC and other arbitration proceedings.

Career

Juraj is partner in Dentons Bratislava office. Prior to Dentons, Juraj worked for nine years at Allen & Overy.
