Zdeněk Kučera is partner at Dentons' Prague office and Head of the local TMT practice. He has over 15 years of experience in ICT law, corporate and commercial law, and dispute resolution.

He also represents clients in administrative proceedings, including those before the Trade Inspection, Cybersecurity Office, Office for the Protection of Competition (procurement disputes), and the Data Protection Authority.
Zdeněk is involved in various government initiatives and heads the Centre for Law, Technology and Digitalization at the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague.
