Petr Zákoucký is Partner and Head of the Energy practice and Co-Head of the Corporate/M&A practice in Dentons’ Prague office. He has 18 years of experience in advising on M&A in the Czech Republic and the wider Europe, and also has significant experience working on competition, regulatory and litigation matters. A sought after lawyer for energy sector, he also has a strong record in advising chemical, life science, engineering, manufacturing and IT sectors. Petr's work involves also a number of jurisdictions in outside of Europe including Africa, Australia/Asia and the US.

Career

Prior to joining Dentons in 2017 Petr spent 12 years with Clifford Chance in Prague and Brussels and two years with White & Case.
