Pavel Boguský

Pavel Boguský is a partner in Dentons’ Prague office. He focuses his practice on insolvency and restructuring, banking and finance and litigation and dispute resolution.

Pavel has extensive experience in advising on domestic and cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters, acting for both creditors and debtors in financially distressed situations. He also represents clients in insolvency related litigations, including representing in front of the Czech Supreme Court and Czech Constitutional Court. His work also covers advising on a broad range of financing transactions, including corporate, acquisition and real estate financing.
