Partner in the Dentons Prague office and a member of the Capital Markets group. Tomáš specializes in capital markets law, with extensive expertise in both domestic and cross-border debt securities transactions. He has provided counsel on various bond issuances, including covered bonds, asset-backed securities, and hybrid instruments. His experience spans a diverse array of issuers, such as financial institutions, corporates, public entities, and sovereigns. Tomáš has also guided clients through regulatory compliance, disclosure requirements, and market access issues under the Prospectus Regulation, Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), and other pertinent regulations.
Prior to joining Dentons in 2025, Tomáš worked for over 10 years in Prague office of Allen & Overy/A&O Shearman.
