Peter Kubina and Juraj Gyárfáš frequently act as arbitrators in domestic and international arbitrations, most notably under the Vienna Rules, Swiss Rules, ICC Rules, UNCITRAL Rules, the Rules of the Slovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Slovak Bar Association Rules.
