December 9, 2020 - Dentons has advised Slovakia-based, a technology company that provides a best-in-class audience interaction platform, on its sale to Silicon Valley tech giant Cisco Systems. As a result of the transaction, the technology will be integrated into the Cisco Webex platform in order to enhance audience engagement across both in-person and virtual experiences. has over 7 million users monthly and provides its customers with an inclusive audience engagement platform that enables real-time feedback and insight before, during and after any meeting or event via dynamic polls, Q&A, quizzes, word clouds, surveys and more.

Partners Rob Irving (Budapest) and Juraj Gyárfáš (Bratislava) led the Dentons team supported by partner Michael R. Maryn (Washington, DC) and associate Sebastian Ishiguro (Budapest).
