He has acted as lead counsel in major real estate acquisitions and disposals in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Germany, Bulgaria, Hungary and Russia. He is recognized as one of the top M&A Real Estate lawyers in the Czech Republic and also has strong record in real estate financing, development, asset management and leasing work. Jiří serves as a Co-managing Partner for the Czech Republic since December 2023.
Before joining Dentons in 2004, Jiří worked as Associate in Weil, Gotshal, Manges Prague office.
