Ladislav Smejkal is Partner, Head of the Criminal law practice and Co-Head of the Employment Practice and senior member of Dispute resolution group in Dentons’ Prague office. He has almost 20 years’ experience in advising clients on criminal law matters including white-collar crime, investigations and corporate compliance, as well as on contentious and non-contentious employment matters, litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution, including representation before the Constitutional and Supreme Courts. He provides legal advice to both individual and corporate clients from a wide range of sectors, with a focus on the manufacturing, construction, automotive, health care and pharmaceutical sectors.
