Author of the chapters “Non-voting and redeemable shares” of the book “The Listed Company” (Marcial Pons, Madrid 2006) and “the Spin-Off” of the book “Legal Studies on Corporate Restructuring Transactions” (Thomson Aranzadi, Madrid 2008).
