Partner since 2017. Specialized in Corporate/M&A and Private Equity. He is a member of the team coordinating the global Garrigues private equity practice and co-leads the sub-areas of infrastructure and start-ups & open innovation.

Benefits from extensive experience advising both national and international high-end and mid-market private equity sponsors in their equity and hybrid investments and fundraising processes in Spain. Throughout his career he has participated in multiple M&A (national and cross-border) transactions in almost all segments of the private equity universe (i.e., buyouts, infrastructure, growth / build-ups, venture capital, venture debt, etc.) and in a wide array of sectors, including, among others, energy, tech, financial services, education, logistics, start-ups, healthcare, and infrastructure. He is also a regular advisor to the M&A and business development teams of high-profile Spanish corporations in their M&A transactions, particularly in relation to divestments, joint ventures and business reorganizations.
