Throughout his career he has participated in multiple M&A (national and cross-border) transactions in almost all segments of the private equity universe (i.e., buyouts, infrastructure, growth / build-ups, venture capital, venture debt, etc.) and in a wide array of sectors, including, among others, energy, tech, financial services, education, logistics, start-ups, healthcare, and infrastructure.
