Jorge García-Pellicer

He has extensive experience in all legal aspects of real estate investment (sale and purchase of properties and real estate companies, sale and

lease-back transactions, etc.), property leases, review and restating of the legal situation of real estate assets pursuant to the legislation in force,

urban development, construction and real estate development. He has advised on numerous transactions involving the development, sale and

acquisition of real estate portfolios, logistics developments, shopping malls, office buildings, hotels, leisure parks, industrial plants, residential buildings, nursing homes, etc., as well as of

developers and real estate investment companies. His clients include international investors, investment funds, real estate companies, developers,

construction and real estate management companies, financial institutions, industrial companies and commercial operators, as well as leading

institutions, corporate clients and local businesses. He has lectured at ICADE and lectures at Instituto de Empresa.
