Jonathan has a national practice focusing on representing employers in all areas of labor-management relations, including litigation before the National Labor Relations Board and in state and federal courts. He also has significant experience with collective bargaining, Title VII, and union organizing campaigns, among others.
Levine counsels clients on best business and employee relations practices; complex business transactions; and the related issues arising from mergers, acquisitions, and workforce reductions; and other types of business restructuring. His clients include companies in the healthcare, retail, and manufacturing industries.
Levine was the founding member of Littler's Milwaukee office and has previously served as the office managing shareholder of both its Wisconsin offices. Also, he is the current co-chair of Littler's Traditional Labor Practice Group.
