Projects include multi-tenant facilities and single-user premises such as shopping centers (in-line and out-lots), industrial parks, office buildings, malls and mixed-use projects. Uses include national and regional big-box retailers, movie theaters, medical offices, warehouse, distribution and freight forwarding, call centers, parking lots, and restaurants (including hotel restaurants). In addition, John handles other complex commercial real estate transactions involving the purchase, sale, financing, construction, and development of properties, including those involving vacant and improved land, development agreements, operating and easement agreements, construction contracts, and sale and lease-back transactions.
