Jens specialises in employment and labour law, public law and litigation. Jens has advised both public and private employers on all aspects of labour and employment law and he has represented employers in multiple court and arbitration proceedings. Jens also has considerable experience in pension and share-based remuneration.
During the years when the Danish Commission of Inquiry into the Wars in Iraq and Afghanistan was active, Jens worked as interrogator appointed by the Danish Ministry of Justice, and he has also extensive experience in conducting legal investigations for both public and private sector clients.
Jens became a partner in 2009.
